We are excited to kick off our 2025 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) program with our first winner profiles! Over the next four weeks, we will be highlighting nine LOVA winners from our 2025 cohort, their exceptional stories, and how they exemplify Kinross’ values both at work and in their communities.
Starting off, we meet the two winners in our Putting People First category. These employees have been recognized for a proactive approach to safety and developing the next generation of miners rooted in our core values, as well as building on their site’s culture by increasing employee morale through engagement, team building, training and development.
Congratulations Mamadou Diagouraga, CIL Plant Mechanic, Tasiast and Ashley Holden, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Bald Mountain.
