On Wednesday, January 21st, Kinross’ corporate headquarters in Toronto commemorated Bell Let’s Talk Day by focusing on the 2026 theme ‘Taking a Moment for Mental Health’.
Kinross employees came together to listen and learn during a panel session moderated by Kathleen Grandy, Senior Vice-President, Human Resources, featuring our ‘Not Myself Today’ Ambassadors, who shared stories on burnout, seeking help, loss, and balancing work and home life to normalize mental health, reduce the stigma and demonstrate how focusing on your mental health can make a difference in both yourself, and your peers' lives.
