It’s that time of the year again – nominations for the 2026 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) are now open!
This year’s nomination period will run for eight weeks, concluding on Friday, March 27th at 5:00 PM ET. During this time, employees will have the opportunity to nominate their colleagues for championing one of the following four core Kinross values either at work or in the community:
- Putting People First
- Outstanding Corporate Citizenship
- High Performance Culture
- Rigorous Financial Discipline
In 2025, we exceeded our record number of nominations by 32% from the previous year, with a total of 7,529 nominations globally. We encourage employees to continue recognizing their peers, and sharing their exceptional stories for the opportunity to receive this prestigious global employee recognition.
To nominate a colleague, employees can access the online nomination form for their respective language by clicking on the URL below, or by visiting their local HR office to receive a hard-copy nomination form.

In order to make your nomination stand out, we encourage employees to use specific examples of how their peers are making a difference, by highlighting how they live Kinross’ values each day. For example – do you know someone who is a strong champion of health and safety in the workplace? Do they work and act responsibly with the highest ethical standards? Do they demonstrate a passion for doing a great job and going above and beyond their roles? Or have they found a new way to save the Company money or make work processes more efficient and cost-effective? If so, we want to know more!
The 2026 LOVA recipients will travel to Toronto in October 2026 to meet fellow winners from across our global operations, explore the city of Toronto and attend a reception where they will accept their award from our CEO.
