We are proud to announce Kinross Brasil received the Minérios & Minerales 2025 Excellence Award for its contribution to the development of the Brazilian Mining Sector through its female equipment operator program. 

The program aims to strengthen the presence of women in the mining industry, and has trained 90 community members since 2023. The program reaffirms Kinross’ commitment to expanding gender diversity within our team and promoting an inclusive culture in the industry.
