LaRonge Mining became La Teko Resources.

June 1, 1998
Kinross completed the acquisition of Amax Gold and its subsidiaries.

February 26, 1999
Kinross acquired La Teko Resources.

July 31, 2000
TVX completed five (5) old for one (1) new reverse split (share consolidation).

June 30, 2002
TVX completed ten (10) old for one (1) new reverse split (share consolidation).

January 31, 2003
Kinross completed three (3) old for one (1) new reverse split (share consolidation).

January 31, 2003
Kinross completed merger with and acquired all of the outstanding shares of TVX Gold Inc. and its subsidiaries, including Treasure Valley Exploration.

Kinross completed merger with and acquired all of the outstanding shares of Echo Bay Mines Limited and its subsidiaries, including Santa Elina.

December 4, 2004
Kinross completed 100 to one (1) to 100 reverse split (share consolidation) and immediate split. Shareholders holding more than 100 shares of Kinross as of November 28, 2004, would see no effect to their holdings as a result of this transaction. Shareholders holding less than 100 common shares of Kinross or the equivalent of less than 100 common shares of Kinross in a predecessor company on or before the same date would be paid out for their shares by tendering their shares to Kinross’ transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company.

Kinross completed the acquisition of Crown Resources Corporation.

February 27, 2007
Kinross completed acquisition of Bema Gold Corporation.
