It has come to Kinross’ attention that individuals misrepresenting themselves as Kinross human resources agents or representatives have offered fraudulent employment opportunities with the intent to obtain personal information or solicit money.
Specifically, offers from Dr. Evan Bravo (firstname.lastname@example.org), email@example.com or Lawrence White (firstname.lastname@example.org) are fraudulent. We recommend that you do not respond to these offers or any unsolicited offers of employment from people claiming to work for, or be affiliated with, Kinross. We have reported these communications to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (http://www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/index-eng.htm).
Kinross does not ask potential employees for money as a term of employment or to pay for application processing fees. If you believe you have received a fraudulent communication, we would advise that you contact your local police. We also recommend that you do not disclose your personal or financial details to anyone you do not know or whom you suspect of fraudulent activities.
